Had a great experience with Webb's estate agents. First time buyer looking for my first home and could not be more grateful to Alex and Courtney for the help they have given me. I cannot appreciate you both enough.

Alex was very friendly when welcoming us to the house and gave us a lot of freedom to view the house for ourselves. She helped us navigate the house when needed and had interesting insights on the house. She was very attentive to our questions and answered everything I needed to know. She was also very accommodating for us when I needed to book a second viewing the next day. My wife was very happy to meet her again.

I was then passed onto Courtney who helped me with sorting out my offer. Knowing I was a first time buyer, she had a lot of patience with me. She gave me clear instructions, guided me on how to proceed and helping me deal with my mortgage advisor and solicitors. She kept me informed on every update and was very prompt with her responses. I am especially thankful to her for negotiating the price for me and giving me the good news about my offer.

And we met Katie who did the valuation she was fantastic .she was very polite and and made us feel comfortable talking to her .she put our minds at ease with some of the questions we asked. Where do I even start 5 starts will never be enough for the team at Webbs, first of all Keena selling our home to someone who didn't ask to view and actually selling our property. RACHEL GOUGH!! You are worth your weight in gold from the endless calls, emails back and forth you have been there they only thing we can say is SORRY for all the stress's we have caused you a thank you will never be enough, getting our house to complete in just over a month with not the most competent people involved you honestly were there every step of the way going above and beyond.
Like I said 5 starts will not come close to what you have done and we will be greatful for a very long time.
